By using Hiush tags or the Hiush platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

Hiush tags and the platform are intended solely for legitimate lost-and-found recovery purposes. Any misuse, including abuse of the proxy messaging system or false registration, is prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

Hiush provides a communication infrastructure to facilitate recovery. We cannot guarantee recovery of any specific item. Hiush is not liable for items that are not recovered even when a tag is scanned.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
