We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the Hiush tag recovery system: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number at tag registration. We do not collect location data beyond city-level scan location.
Your personal information is used exclusively to notify you when your tag is scanned. We never share your personal data with the finder. All communication is routed through our anonymous proxy system.
Tag registration data is retained for as long as the tag is active. Proxy chat messages are automatically deleted after 72 hours. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting isaac.najo@hotmail.com.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. You have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
