Is there a per-scan fee?

No. There are zero per-scan, per-incident, or per-recovery fees. You pay once for the tags (hardware) and once per year for enterprise software access. Every scan and every recovery is included.

What happens if the finder doesn't have a smartphone?

Every Hiush tag has both NFC and a printed QR code. Any device with a camera (including basic smartphones) can scan the QR code with the native camera app — no installation required.

Can I use Hiush without an enterprise contract?

Yes. The Personal 3-pack is available directly. You register your tags online in under 60 seconds, no contract required. Enterprise contracts are for organizations with 50+ travelers.

How does GDPR compliance work?

Hiush is GDPR compliant by architecture (Privacy by Design, Art. 25). The finder never sees the owner's personal data. The owner never sees the finder's data. The proxy channel is ephemeral and auto-deletes. We are happy to sign a DPA for enterprise clients.

What is the minimum enterprise order?

Enterprise plans start at 50 user licenses + hardware. We offer pilot programs for organizations wanting to test Hiush before full deployment — contact us to discuss.
